A star is born!

It's official!

After being spotted at a friendly game, our Under 12 Lions' very own Amira was invited to attend a trial with Peterborough United.

After a successful trial period we can now say she has been signed to the Peterborough Academy team, having never played on a team until last season! This girl has put in enormous amounts of work on and off the field to achieve her dream of playing under the big lights, and we're delighted to see her achieve this first step on that path.

Amira's Coach Stephen said "Her hard work & passion for the game is really unique, she's an incredible talent and a joy to coach and we look forward to continue working with her to help her achieve her dreams."

Well said Stephen, and I know I speak for everyone at the club when we say we'll be supporting you all the way Amira.
