Subscriptions
Our responsibility as an FA Chartered Standard Club is to provide safe playing conditions, coaches who are qualified to at least FA Level 1 with certification in First Aid, Safeguarding Children and with DBS clearance. For us to maintain these certifications, payment of subscriptions is paramount. Subs also pay for ongoing costs such as FA affiliation fees, referees, training costs, and pitch hire for league and cup matches.
All registered Wellingborough Town players must have their subs kept up to date by monthly standing order, paid directly into our bank account. Subscriptions will be charged at £25.00 per month, payable for 11 months beginning on 1st September 2024, through to and including 1st July 2025.
Please set your standing orders for the 1st of the month so we can let you know as early as possible in the event of a problem.
WTFC Youth Section is a non-profit club. Every penny goes back into the development of youth football. All of our coaches and committee members are volunteers who give their time for free.

When setting up your payment, you will need to use a reference so that we can identify who has paid. Please enter the following format: first initial of player, followed by first four letters of their surname, followed by age group, followed by team name at the end.
For example:
John Smith plays for the U16 Lions – Therefore his reference would be: JSMITU16L
Note: Sometimes, your banking app might tell you it doesn’t recognise the payee’s details when you set us up. If you encounter this, just ignore it and scroll down to “proceed anyway”. We can assure you that providing you have entered our account number and sort code exactly as shown above, the funds will transfer to us, and will be shown as “Wellingborough Town” on your bank statements.
